Refund policy

At LUXA HAMPERS & GIFTS, we take pride in delivering high-quality hampers and gifts. Due to the nature of our products, we follow the policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer error in order details
  • Personalized or custom hampers

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer refunds or replacements only when:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered, or
  • The hamper was incomplete.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of the damaged/wrong items
  3. Photos of the packaging
  4. Contact details

All claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if:

  • It has not been processed, prepared, or dispatched.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

5. No Returns of Perishable Items

Items such as:

  • Food
  • Fruits
  • Flowers
  • Edibles

    cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
