Same-Day or Express Delivery

Available only in selected locations. Additional fees apply.

3. Delivery Conditions

3.1 Accurate information

Customers must provide:

  • Correct address
  • Recipient name
  • Active phone number

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information

3.2 Unattended delivery

If no one is available at the delivery location, items may be:

  • Left at the door (if safe), OR
  • Returned for redelivery (additional fees apply)

3.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Natural events
  • Courier issues
  • Public holidays
  • High-season demand

4. Delivery Fees

Fees vary based on:

  • Distance
  • Delivery speed
  • Special requests

5. Order Tracking

6. Failed Deliveries

A delivery is considered failed if:

  • Courier cannot reach the address
  • Recipient rejects the parcel
  • Incorrect or incomplete address was provided

A re-delivery fee will apply.
