- Typically within 9AM - 6PM
Same-Day or Express Delivery
Available only in selected locations. Additional fees apply.
3. Delivery Conditions
3.1 Accurate information
Customers must provide:
- Correct address
- Recipient name
- Active phone number
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information
3.2 Unattended delivery
If no one is available at the delivery location, items may be:
- Left at the door (if safe), OR
- Returned for redelivery (additional fees apply)
3.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Natural events
- Courier issues
- Public holidays
- High-season demand
4. Delivery Fees
Fees vary based on:
- Distance
- Delivery speed
- Special requests

5. Order Tracking
Customers will receive:

6. Failed Deliveries
A delivery is considered failed if:
- Courier cannot reach the address
- Recipient rejects the parcel
- Incorrect or incomplete address was provided
A re-delivery fee will apply.
